These terms govern your use of The PLANN3R, the personal planning application at theplann3r.com, operated by The PLANN3R LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The PLANN3R lets you plan days, weeks, months and years, track habits, and optionally sync scheduled events with your Google or Outlook calendar. The service is provided as-is, and features may change or be added over time.
Everything you put in the planner remains yours. You grant us only the limited right to store and process it as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the content you create.
Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep backups of anything critical (the app's .ics export is one easy way).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The PLANN3R and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Google sign-in and Google Calendar are provided by Google, and Outlook calendar connections by Microsoft; each is governed by its provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update these terms or discontinue the service; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
